Strategic Planning & Change Management

  • I support organizations and teams to articulate their core values and to bring their work into alignment with their broader commitments. Whether you are launching a new venture or hoping to re-envision and realign your current organization, I can support you to pinpoint your vision, set mission-aligned goals, and create an action-oriented roadmap to achieving those goals. My approach to strategic planning is collaborative and community-led and is designed to generate a clear direction for the work ahead. My background in restorative and transformative justice supports teams in need of repair and community-building, creating a robust community that can weather periods of change and growth.

Community-Guided Leadership

  • With decades of leadership experience in higher education, K-12, and nonprofit arenas, I am well-suited to support individuals and organizations to strengthen their leadership and set a solid foundation upon which to build in the years ahead. My years in executive roles have taught me how crucial a leader is to the success of an organization. I am adept at helping teams come together to build trust, camaraderie, and a thriving professional community. I support institutions to understand the assets of their staff,  realign their work and values, and set a direction that is grounded in stakeholder participation and voice. I provide executive coaching services, and can also serve in an interim role when an organization is experiencing a leadership transition.

Equity-Centered Facilitation

  • An educator at heart, I am adept at cultivating environments in which learning and collaboration can thrive. If your organization is in need of a skilled facilitator to support your team through a period of change or ambiguity, I am well-suited to create a space of mutual understanding, common ground, and shared commitments. If your team seeks to bring its practices and policies in line with its commitments to equity and justice, I can help you create a values-aligned, action-oriented path forward.
